"The only problem i had was when i checked in i asked if i could get a late check out because my interview was not until 1:30pm. The front desk clerk did not have an answer for me she told me to phone the front desk in the morning. When morning came there was a knock at my door and it was the housekeeper, she wanted to clean my room and it was only 10:00am. I was alittle upset. I technically paid for the room and check out time is 11:00am. Clearly I was kicked out of my room at 10:00am and had no where to go. I was very unsatisfied about that. I have had many job interviews and stayed at many hotels and when i have asked for a late check out they never seemed to have a problem with it. Due to poor customer service i would have to say i would never stay there again.(You should never be kicked out of a room if your a paying customer.) I was up most of the night as well cause there was so much noise coming from the halls and the room above me."
